An outstanding five star Hotel will arise on the Montana-Area in Klosters. It will have outstanding comfort services, a great wellness area for summer and winter tourism.
The hotel; with more than 100 rooms, numerous restaurants and lounges, banquet and conference rooms as well as fitness, spa and wellness facilities with indoor and outdoor pools are implemented in five buildings adapted to the town scale.
The access for the cars is directly connected to the Landstrasse leading into two levels of underground parking. This garage will offer approximately 300 parking spaces to the public and to the hotel. The complex will offer enough space for shops and commercial services, post office as well as a nursery for children.
Estimated Costs and Construction Time
The Immoville AG anticipates a construction cost of approximately 90 million Swiss Francs. The expected construction time will take about two years.
The hotel will employ about 100 people and purchase numerous everyday products from the region.

Contractors and Stakeholders
With the sale of part of the required land to the project developer, the community of Klosters facilitates the creation of a “Leading Hotel” in the center of the village as well as the construction of a community owned underground parking space.
